恐怖！真っ青のエラー画面

何でもパソコンが起動できないそうです。

以下最近お伺いしたお客様のパソコンに表示されていたエラーメッセージです。

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer.if this screen appears again,rollow
these steps:

check to make sure any new hardware of software is properly installed.
if this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.

if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardwere
or software.disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safe made to remove or disable conponents,restart
your computer,press f8 to select advanced startup options,and then
select safe made.

起動時にBIOSが起動して直ぐにこの画面になってしまいます。

もちろんセーフモードでの起動もＮＧでした。

ハードディスクをチェックしてみると物理的なエラーが数多くあることが確認できました。

購入して4年目のパソコンだったとのことで、ハードディスクの経年劣化が進んでしまったのかもしれません。

お客様にはハードディスクの交換をご案内し、ＯＳの再セットアップも併せて承りました。

なるべく安くとの申し入れを受け入れ特別価格で15,000円（部品代込み）で修理をお受けしました。

それにしても最近のハードディスクは壊れやすくて参ります。
